The Bloomer Community Fair, sponsored by the Bloomer Community Club, starts at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5 and runs through Sunday, Aug. 8.

The merchant building opens at 5 p.m. on Thursday, and Noon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It stays open until 9 p.m. Thursday – Saturday and until 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The carnival opens at 6 p.m. on Thursday. Advance tickets are on sale for carnival wrist bands $16 per session/$20 at the ticket box or a megaband is available for $50 in advance/$60 at the ticket box good for all days. Tickets are available at the Bloomer Aquatic Center/Chamber office or by emailing (credit card orders only).

The Demolition Derby is Friday at 7 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for ages 4-12, and children under 4 are free. The Burn Out contest, sponsored by Harms Way, takes place during the demo derby, and the Pit Crew Challenge, sponsored by Bloomer Tire Center and Bloomer Auto Parts NAPA, starts one hour before the demolition derby.

The Truck & Tractor Pull begins at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 7. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for ages 4-12, and children under 4 are free.

The second annual Bloomer Car Show will take place from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 8.

Free music in the beer garden is featured all four days.

The Dweebs® are Thursday’s entertainment from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. and are sponsored by PMI, LLC and A.J. Manufacturing, Inc.

The Part Time Duo is Friday’s entertainment from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and is sponsored by Bloomer Truck Repair & Warehousing and Bloomer Auto Supply-NAPA.

Three Bucks and Change perform Saturday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. sponsored by Catalytic Combustion and Dairy State Bank.

Katie Rothbauer, sponsored by A Secret Garden Floral & Gift and Bloomer Brewing Company, plays after Sunday’s parade.

Entry day for all exhibits, including rabbits and poultry, is Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Dairy, beef, sheep and goats may be entered Friday 8 to 10 a.m. Judging of all exhibits begins 8 a.m. Friday. Herdsmanship judging continues during the entire fair.

The horse show and judging begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday.

The annual parade is Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
